30 days into the new role and I’ve made 820 calls so far, about 27 a day. Building that habit early has made everything else easier.
Every number here is one you logged.

When Jackie started a new Inside Sales job this September, her first question to me was:
“What metrics should I track from day one?”
The same week, my brother, an Associate Therapist with a brand-new master’s degree, sent me his resume. Zero numbers on it. Not one. Same problem, totally different jobs.
I’m Julie. PMP-certified, ex-Microsoft (Xbox). I’ve spent my whole career tracking work. So I looked up the right metrics for both of them… and then I thought: why isn’t there an app that just knows what someone in your role should track?
Then there’s the other half. In July 2025, I was hit by the Xbox layoffs. My first, after an entire career in corporate. I kept my laptop for a bit, but I lost access to everything that mattered: the CRM, the project systems, every record of the work I’d done. Here’s what nobody tells you: you don’t own anything on your work laptop.
Unhumble is the app I wish existed: a work-wins tracker that you own, not the company you work for. Metrics insurance. You don’t need a hundred wins. A few well-earned ones are enough, as long as they’re yours.
That’s Jackie’s face on the icon. She inspired the app.
