Common questions
A medication isn’t showing up.
Between Visits only sees the medications you chose to share. In the Health app, tap your picture, then Apps › Between Visits, and turn on the medications you want. New to tracking meds in Health? Open Browse › Medications › Add a Medication.
What does “Not logged yet” mean?
The Health app doesn’t have a taken or skipped entry for that dose today. It doesn’t mean you missed it. Log it in the Health app — the easiest way is to turn on the medication’s reminders in Health and tap “Taken” on the notification.
Why can’t I log a dose in Between Visits?
Apple lets apps read your medication log but not change it, so doses and reminders stay in the Health app. That also means there’s only one place to log them.
It says it can’t save symptoms to Apple Health.
Saving was turned off for Between Visits. Go to Settings › Privacy & Security › Health › Between Visits and turn on the symptoms you want to log.
My symptom isn’t in the list.
Apple Health has a fixed list of symptoms. Tap “Other…”, then add your own under “Your own symptoms.” Symptoms you add are saved on your iPhone only, and they still appear in your summary.
Where does the PDF go?
Nowhere, until you send it. After you tap “Export one-page PDF,” the share sheet lets you print it, AirDrop it, save it to Files, or email it. Nothing is uploaded.
How do I delete my data?
In the app, go to Settings › Delete app data to remove your notes, your own symptoms, and your settings. Symptoms saved to Apple Health stay there; you can delete them in the Health app. Deleting the app also removes its data.
Does it work on iPad, Apple Watch, or Android?
Not yet. Between Visits is for iPhone with iOS 26 or later.
Is this medical advice?
No. Between Visits summarizes what you logged and doesn’t diagnose, treat, or give medical advice. Talk to your clinician about any health decision.
