The most important part: Between Visits doesn’t diagnose, treat, or give medical advice. It summarizes what you logged. Talk to your clinician about any health decision. In an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.

These terms apply to the Between Visits iPhone app and its pages at clickingnook.com/between-visits, provided by Clicking Nook LLC (“we,” “us”). By using the app or joining the waitlist, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Between Visits.

Not medical advice

Between Visits shows information you and your devices recorded in Apple Health, organized into a summary. It doesn’t interpret that information, recommend treatment, or tell you whether anything is normal. Words like “improving” or “mostly afternoon” describe patterns in your own logs, calculated by simple rules — they’re not a medical assessment. Never delay or skip medical care because of something the app shows or doesn’t show.

Your summaries depend on your logs

The Today screen and summaries are only as complete as what’s logged in Apple Health. A dose that wasn’t logged shows as “Not logged yet” — it doesn’t mean it wasn’t taken. Please review a summary before you share it and tell your clinician anything it leaves out.

Using the app

  • Between Visits is for personal use on an iPhone running iOS 26 or later.
  • You’re responsible for who you share your summaries with.
  • Don’t misuse the app or this website — for example by interfering with it or submitting other people’s email addresses to the waitlist.

App Store license

The app is licensed to you under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms add to that agreement. Apple isn’t responsible for the app or for supporting it; we are.

Purchases

Any purchase in the app is a one-time purchase made through Apple, and Apple’s payment and refund policies apply. There’s no subscription.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist doesn’t guarantee early access or a release date. You can unsubscribe at any time. How we handle your email is described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

Between Visits is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of summaries. We don’t control Apple Health or the data other apps and devices write to it.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Clicking Nook LLC isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decision made based on the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you paid nothing.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we’ll change the date at the top, and continuing to use Between Visits means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma.
